Bahan: 500 gr daging sapi giling 10 ml air jeruk limau 100 ml santan kental 15 - 20 bh tusuk sate , rendam 1 jam dalam air sebelum digunakan...

Bahan:
500 gr daging sapi giling
10 ml air jeruk limau
100 ml santan kental
15 - 20 bh tusuk sate, rendam 1 jam dalam air sebelum digunakan.

Haluskan:
4 bh cabe merah
5 bh cabe rawit
2 sdm bawang merah goreng
1 sdt merica bulat
1/2 sdt gula
garam

Cara membuatnya:
Campur daging dengan bumbu halus, air jeruk dan santan hingga menjadi adonan yang kental. Padatkan adonan dan tusuk dengan tusuk sate hingga sepanjang 1/2 panjang tusuk sate. Bakar sate diatas bara api sambil dibolak-balik hingga sate matang dan berwarna kecoklatan.
Angkat dan sajikan
