Cara lain menikmati stroberi...

Bahan:
875 gr stroberi, haluskan
75 ml jus jeruk
75 ml jus anggur
75 gr madu
2 sdm tepung jagung
50 ml air dingin
1 sdt jus lemon biskuit, hancurkan untuk hiasan


Cara Membuat :
1. Tuangkan jus jeruk, anggur, madu, dan stroberi lalu saring. Panaskan perlahan sampai madu larut.
2. Campur tepung jagung dengan air, aduk hingga tak ada gumpalan. Tuangkan ke dalam sup panas, aduk terus hingga sup kental. Tambahkan jus lemon untuk rasa.
3. Tuang sup ke dalam mangkuk kecil dan hiasi dengan potongan biskuit.

Untuk 6 porsi

Energi : 170 Kalori
Protein : 1,4 gram
Lemak : 0,8 gram
Karbohidrat : 44,0 gram
