Bahan: 4 buah (500gr) pare hijau 1 sdm minyak sayur 50 gr bawang Bombay, cincang kasar 3 siung bawang putih, cincang 75g daging ayam cincan...



Bahan:
4 buah (500gr) pare hijau
1 sdm minyak sayur
50 gr bawang Bombay, cincang kasar
3 siung bawang putih, cincang
75g daging ayam cincang
75gr paprika hijau, potong 1×1 cm
75gr paprika merah, potong 1×1 cm
100 ml air

Bumbu :
2 sdm saus tomat
1 sdm saus cabai botolan
1/2 sdt merica bubuk
1 sdt garam
1 sdm cuka masak
2 sdt gula pasir

Cara memasak :
Belah pare menjadi 2 bagian, buang bijinya dan iris melintang 1/2 cm
taburi pare dengan sedikit garam dan gula pasor, remas-remas hingga layu dan berair. Bilas bersih dan tiriskan
tumis bawang-bawang hingga layu
masukan daging ayam, aduk hingga matang
tambahkan paprika dan pare, aduk hingga layu
masukkan bumbu dan air, didihkan
angkat, sajikan dipiring ceper
