kaldu ayam secukupnya
margarin untuk menumis


Bumbu:bawang merah, iris
bawang putih, cincang
cabe merah, iris menyerong
saus tiram
saus ikan
gula pasir
merica bubuk dan garam

Cara Membuat:

tumis bawang merah, bawang putih dan irisan cabe sampai agak layu, masukan batang sawi terlebih dahulu, layukan, kemudian daun sawi dan tahu, lanjutkan menumis sebentar, siram dgn kaldu ayam, bubuhi saus tiram, saus ikan, gula pasir, merica dan garam, aduk rata dan cicipi, didihkan, angkat dan santap hangat2.
