Bahan:400 g sawi pahit segar
5 ½ sdm garam
2 sdm minyak untuk menumis
3 siung bawang putih, kupas, cincang kasar
3 buah cabai merah besar, iris serong tipis
5 buah kerang kampak segar (scallop), iris melintang jadi 2
3 lembar daging asap, iris memanjang ½ cm
5 sdm minyak goreng
1 sdt garam
½ sdt merica bubuk
1 sdm angciu
1 sdt minyak wijen
1 sdt wijen sangrai

Cara Membuat:

Cuci bersih sawi pahit, iris setebal 1/2 cm. Remas-remas dengan 5 sdm garam, cuci bersih, tiriskan.
Panaskan minyak, tumis bawang putih hingga harum, tambahkan cabai merah besar, kerang kampak, dan daging asap. Aduk rata, masak hingga kerang berubah warna.
Besarkan api, masukkan sawi, aduk rata. Tambahkan garam, merica, dan arak masak. Matikan api, tambahkan minyak wijen, aduk rata. Angkat.
Letakkan dalam piring saji, taburi dengan wijen sangrai, sajikan. (f)
